Forging Legends in Steel
THE ORIGIN OF A VISION
The Founders
The story of Bolliger & Mabillard began at Giovanola, a manufacturing company where Walter Bolliger and Claude Mabillard honed their craft. In 1987, driven by a vision to create roller coasters that were both thrilling and exceptionally smooth, they decided to forge their own path.
They founded B&M in 1988 in Monthey, Switzerland, with a clear philosophy: precision was non-negotiable. This fundamental belief became the cornerstone of a legacy that would redefine the standards of the global entertainment industry.
